Is there a limit to the number of properties financed?
No, there is no cap on the number of properties that the investor has financed. LendSure will lend on up to 10 properties per investor.
Is interest-only available on LendSure property loans?
Yes! LendSure offers 5/30 and 10/40 Interest-Only programs with low, interest-only payments for a full 5 or 10 years.

How is LendSure's rental income calculation advantageous to the borrower?
With other lenders, if the monthly qualifying rental income minus PITIA is negative, the monthly net rental loss must be added to the borrower’s total monthly obligations.
With LendSure's Investor Full Doc loans, if the monthly qualifying rental income minus PITIA is negative, the monthly net rental loss is subtracted from the borrower’s total monthly income.
This results in LendSure calculating a LOWER debt-to-income ratio, resulting in a lower interest rate.
