LendSure's Fix and Flip program is available for any level of flipper experience.

The LendSure Fix and Flip loan process: 

    1. Fix and Flip Loan Application, which is much shorter than the standard Uniform Residential Loan Application
    2. Term Sheet Issued
    3. Signed Term Sheet Returned along with loan documentation 
    4. Account Manager works with the Loan Officer and Investor on conditions and appraisal
    5. Clear to Close
    6. Funding

The Fix and Flip loan funds will be disbursed in stages or draws. The borrower will submit a draw request to LendSure which will include:

  • Construction progress inspection
  • Copies of paid invoices for completed work
  • Title rundowns

The borrower will be reimbursed a certain amount, typically a percentage of the completed work based on the loan/cost ratio.
